Filnexa provides professional assistance for business registrations, filings, licences and compliance. The customer must provide accurate information and complete OTP, DSC, Aadhaar or portal authentication personally where required. Government approval is never guaranteed. Professional fees cover Filnexa services; statutory and authority charges are separate unless expressly stated. Timelines are estimates and may change due to authority processing, clarifications or customer delays.
