Filnexa uses role-based access, secure sessions, CSRF protection, controlled document access and audit-oriented workflows. Customers must complete OTP, DSC, Aadhaar and government-portal authentication themselves or through their authorised signatory. Filnexa does not bypass CAPTCHA, OTP, DSC or government security controls. Never share internet-banking passwords, card PINs or unrelated account credentials.
