Filnexa collects information needed to assess, prepare and manage requested services, including contact, business and uploaded-document data. Access is limited to authorised personnel and configured service providers. Sensitive credentials and OTPs should never be permanently stored. Data is retained only as reasonably required for service delivery, legal, accounting and security purposes. Customers may request correction or deletion where legally permitted.
